Dear customers please note that any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the reserved services. If the client is a no-show or cancels less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, 100% of the service cost will be charged. If you are more than 30 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We retain the right to decline service if the condition of a client's nails, toenails, or skin appears unhealthy and requires medical attention. In instances where a client's nails, toenails, or skin raise suspicion of any illness, allergy, or significant damage, we reserve the right to refuse service and charge 50% of the reserved services. This policy is implemented to prioritize the safety of all our clients and to avoid aggravating conditions in need of treatment. If you are uncertain about the condition of your nails, toenails, or skin, please contact us prior to your appointment and provide current photos of your nails to ensure eligibility for our services. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
