Welcome from the ESM team! We offer innovative and unique services focused on the health, beauty, and enhancement of the condition and appearance of your nails and toes! The process involves meticulous and detailed care of the skin, cuticles and nails/toes without the use of water or other softening agents. We provide gel extension on forms (no glue or plastic tips) All metal tools used in our work undergo a full sterilization and disinfection process according to medical standards. All disposable tools are used only once and discarded after each client. All our services are waterless, that means absolutely dry magic for your hands and feet✨ with love and care ESM 🤍 SALON POLICY 24-HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation or rescheduling. Any cancellations/rescheduling with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service, less than 12 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. Failure to show up will result in a 100% fee charge. If we are unable to charge the card on file, you will be temporarily unable to book future appointments until the invoice is settled. Thank you for your understanding. SAME-DAY APPOINTMENTS ARE FINAL. Failure to show up or notify us will result in a 100% fee charge. AVOID LOTION BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. For best results, please avoid using lotion, oils, or any moisturizing products on your hands and nails for at least 24 hours before your appointment. These products can create a barrier on the nail surface, leading to lifting, premature chipping, and reduced longevity of your manicure. WE DO NOT SERVICE CHILDREN UNDER 16 YEARS OLD. Due to the nature of our e-file/Russian manicure techniques, we do not provide services for children under 16 years old. This technique is not suitable for immature cuticles, and we appreciate your understanding in ensuring the safety and proper care of young nails. APPOINTMENT REQUEST. We operate by appointment request. Please be aware that while we will make every effort to accommodate your preferred time, it is not guaranteed. We may adjust your appointment by 15-30 minutes to optimize scheduling efficiency for our nail technicians. We value your time and appreciate your understanding. LATE ARRIVALS. Scheduled appointments have 15 minutes grace period. One late client can throw off our entire schedule and cause our other clients to be late for their commitments. If you are late, our technician will do her best, however, you might not receive a full service/design/add-on that was booked, but we reserve the right to charge the full amount of what was scheduled initially. SERVICE DOWNGRADES & LAST-MINUTE CHANGES. Changing to a cheaper service or canceling advanced nail art last minute will be treated as a last-minute cancellation. The full price of the originally booked service will still apply, as extra time was reserved. NO KIDS, EXTRA GUESTS OR PETS. We love kids but no one will be able to watch your kid, our salon is not safe for playing. We strive to maintain a focused environment for both clients and nail artists, ensuring efficient service delivery. Please reschedule if you cannot come alone. Please note, we will not be able to perform the service if you arrive with a child, it will be treated as a last-minute cancellation, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged accordingly. Also, to protect our clients that are more susceptible to allergens, NO animals of any kind are to be permitted in the salon at any time. REFUNDS. If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. No refunds will be given after you have left the salon. COMPLIMENTARY FIXES. Gel manicures are guaranteed for 14 days for chips, lifting, or lost enhancements, excluding breakages. The warranty does not cover scratched, damaged, broken, or stained nails, dissatisfaction with color or shape, or clients transitioning from acrylic to gel, as their nails may need time to adjust. Longevity depends on natural nail condition, and we cannot guarantee results if nails are damaged or deformed. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA CONSENT. By booking an appointment with us, you consent to having photos and/or videos of your nails and hands taken for quality control, social media, and advertising purposes. These images may be used on our website, social media pages, and other promotional materials. If you prefer not to have your nails photographed or shared, please notify us before your appointment. We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To: -Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious, or have terribly damaged nails. - Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area - Anyone in ill health that we may suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our service - Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers. In case of events mentioned above - we reserve the right to refuse service and charge a 100% fee for all scheduled services to cover nail artist's time. We do not provide services to clients with visible signs of infections or conditions that we are not licensed to treat. If such signs are observed upon arrival, the appointment will be canceled and considered a same-day cancellation, requiring full payment for the booked service. If you have any concerns regarding the health of your hands, nails, feet, or toenails, please send us a photo in advance so we can determine whether we are able to proceed with your service. We are able to assist you Monday-Saturday 9am-5.30pm. After hours calls will be returned next business day. Cancellation Policy
Dear customers please note that any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the reserved services. If the client is a no-show or cancels less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, 100% of the service cost will be charged.
If you are more than 30 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.
We retain the right to decline service if the condition of a client's nails, toenails, or skin appears unhealthy and requires medical attention. In instances where a client's nails, toenails, or skin raise suspicion of any illness, allergy, or significant damage, we reserve the right to refuse service and charge 50% of the reserved services. This policy is implemented to prioritize the safety of all our clients and to avoid aggravating conditions in need of treatment.
If you are uncertain about the condition of your nails, toenails, or skin, please contact us prior to your appointment and provide current photos of your nails to ensure eligibility for our services.
We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
